Daily meal plan 14.06.17

Good morning guys, today’s meal plan is:-

Breakfast- 40g light cheese on 2x small wholemeal slices, apple.

Lunch – pasta n sauce chicken and mushroom. Pear.

Tea – mayflower chicken curry with rice and mixed veg. Bottle of water.

Syns – mayflower chicken curry  (4) saving the rest for saturday
