Daily meal plan 16.06.17

Good morning guys, Todays food diary is:-

Breakfast- poached egg on 2x small wholemeal slices. Apple and orange.

Lunch – carrot and cucumber sticks, cooked mixed meat and fruit. Bottle of water.

Tea- creamy cajun chicken pasta. Bottle of water.

Syns:- none as saving them for Saturday
