Daily meal plan 19.06.17

Good morning guys, today’s meal plan is:-

Breakfast- bacon, mushroom and egg on 2x small wholemeal toast. Apple.

Lunch- tuna salad. Bottle of water.

Tea- turkey pizza melts, new potatoes and mixed veg. Bottle of water.

Syns – monster munch  (5.5) fibre one brownie  (4) 2 tsp of flora light  (1)
