Berries and yoghurt

This super quick breakfast is great for people who don’t have much time in the mornings. Its packed full of speed foods which will help boost weight loss and get all your nutrients that you need to have a great start to the day.

Serves 1

Syn Free


  • Handful of chopped strawberries,
  • Handful of blackberries,
  • Handful of raspberries,
  • 1 fat free yoghurt (not all fat free yoghurts are Syn free so be sure to check before hand)


  1. Pour the fat free yoghurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the strawberries, raspberries and blackberries on top of the yoghurt.
  3. Mix together and enjoy!


You can use any fruit you prefer for this breakfast.
